Who Are We?

Detroit Queens Women’s Basketball is a professional development organization for women’s basketball. Our organization is comprised of some of the most talented women from the state of Michigan. All our players play professionally all over the world in various countries. Our organization gives an additional platform for our players to grow professionally and maximize their potential.

Our Vision

Our goal is improving and furthering the culture of women’s basketball in the metro Detroit community as well as around the country. Our platform is designed to highlight the best talent in our community and have the highest level of women’s basketball after the WNBA. We will host five to eight home games each summer while traveling and playing some of the best teams in the country. We will create a competitive, fun, safe, family environment that we want all to experience.  Our vision is to not only provide a great team on the floor, but to boost our community socially and economically. Showcasing our community and all it has to offer is essential to our success. We want to create job opportunities, partner with businesses in our community, and support youth programs and our women basketball players of tomorrow. When the Queens win, Detroit wins.
